1. No Return Policy

As we provide digital and professional consultancy services, once a service has been delivered, it is considered final and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Tax filings (ITR, GST, TDS, etc.)
• Company incorporation and registration
• Legal documentation and compliance
• Financial or audit reports
• Advisory consultations and analysis

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service, we will refund the excess amount.
• Service Not Delivered: If you have paid for a service but we are unable to initiate or complete it within the agreed timeline due to internal issues, a full or partial refund may be considered.
• Cancellation Prior to Commencement: If you cancel a service in writing before we have started working on your request, a refund may be issued after deducting any administrative charges (if applicable).

Please note:

• Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by client-side non-cooperation, such as incomplete documentation or non-response.
• No refund will be provided once a service has been successfully initiated or delivered, even partially.
